The fees for Psychodynamic Counselling begin at £50 per therapeutic hour (50 minutes). Fees are negotiable for those in one of my concession groups or if you are in particular financial hardship.
Concessions are available for the following groups:
- Student Counsellors
- Military Personnel
- Emergency Services
I put aside a set number of sessions for people who are particularly in need of low cost therapy.
Payment is made at the end of each session, either in cash or by bank card. Long term clients may choose to be invoiced monthly.
Optional: Altruism Scheme.
For clients who are financially well off, I run an altruistic scheme where you either subsidise or fully fund fees for someone who is less able to pay, or is struggling in other ways. If this option appeals to you then please do let me know and we can discuss.
When considering therapy, fees are an important factor to take into consideration alongside the time commitment that you must set aside for therapy to work for you.
My fees are very competitive, with concessions available. This article from Select Psychology highlights what you are paying for and also confirms that my sessions are very good value for money.
